The root issue was AWS which is where Auth0 is hosted having routing issues within the US regions. This has been resolved by AWS and authenticating into Blumira is working as expected after recovery.
Auth0, the service that Blumira uses for authentication, is currently degraded with elevated errors in the US region. Detection and ingestion are not impacted by this issue, only authenticating into Blumira itself. Logging in to Blumira may be intermittent until Auth0 is able to resolve these errors which can be found https://status.auth0.com/incidents/2mstm0ylgvfn.
