We staged our planned migrations without incurring any interruption to services or applications.

We’ll be following up with a routine restart of the affected cluster during business hours on Monday, May 15th to complete this migration.

On Saturday, May 13, Blumira’s platform and services will be undergoing planned maintenance that is expected to result in general service unavailability. This window of activity will begin at 9 am EST and last up to 1 hour, with a total expected downtime of 20 minutes.

Customers Affected: All customers.

Impact: While no data will be lost or any long-term effect felt, this planned outage will temporarily prevent users from logging into the Blumira web application, and it will delay data processing for our Sensors, Cloud Connectors, and Agent features. Blumira notifications and scheduled reports could be delayed as well. All processes and services will resume as soon as the system is back online.

Reason for Maintenance: Required upgrade to infrastructure that is reaching end of life.
