On Tuesday, January 9th, Blumira’s platform and services will be undergoing planned maintenance that is expected to result in intermittent general service unavailability. This window of activity will begin at 8:00 PM ET and last up to 1 hour, with intermittent downtime during the window.

Customers Affected: All customers.

Impact: While no data will be lost or any long-term effect felt, this planned outage may temporarily prevent users from logging into the Blumira web application, and it will delay data processing for our Sensors, Cloud Connectors, and Agent features. Blumira notifications and scheduled reports could be delayed as well. All processes and services will resume as soon as the system is back online fully.

Reason for Maintenance: Required preventative maintenance through upgrades to existing infrastructure
