On Saturday, February 10th, Blumira’s platform and services will be undergoing planned maintenance that is expected to result in general service interruption. This window of activity will begin at 9:00 AM ET and last up to 2.5 hours, with periods of downtime intermittently.

Customers Affected: All customers.

Impact: While no data will be lost or any long-term effect felt, this planned outage will temporarily prevent users from fully interacting with aspects of the application such as Reporting and configuration of Rules. All processes and services will resume as soon as the system is back online.

Reason for Maintenance: Database upgrades for performance and stability
